How to use it to prepare doughnuts:
Premix for apple small doughnuts and pancakes
Small doughnuts:
1.
Pour two eggs and 170cc of milk (aprox 3/4 of a cup) into a bowl and beat the ingredients till they blend.
Note: If you prefer them drier, reduce the quantity of milk to two soup spoons.
2.
Add the full pack of premix for small doughnuts and beat well.
3. Fry portions the size of a dessert spoon at a moderate temperature.
4. Remove from oil and sprinkle with sugar.
Before frying you can add thicky grated or thinly chopped apple to the premix, or seedless raisins or other fruits.
Apple Pancakes:
1.
Pour two eggs and 500cc of milk (2 cups) into a bowl and beat.
2.
Add the full pack of premix and beat till the ingredients blend.
3.
Heat up a frying pan, paint it with butter, pour half a ladle of the mix it and cover it with thin apple slices.
4. When it starst to cook, add half a ladle more and keep cooking it. Turn the pancake with a spatula, cook for some more minutes and slide it onto a tray.
5. Put 25 grs of butter and 30 grs of sugar (three spoons) into a pan, cook till you get caramel. Put the pancake on it, leave it for some seconds and then put it onto a buttered tray. Optional: Sprinkle pancakes with ron, cognac or whiskey and flambé them.
Premix for vanilla small doughnuts and pancakes
Small doughnuts:

Milk sweet pancakes:
1.
Pour two eggs and 500cc of milk (2 cups) into a bowl and beat.
2.
Add the full pack of premix and beat till the ingredients blend.
3.
Heat up a frying or a pancake pan, paint it with butter and pour half a ladle of the mix, make it slide on it and cook on both sides.
4. Stuff with milk sweet or any other sweet of your choice.
