CAÑUELAS Premixes
Keep in cool and dry place.

Gnocchi: Only water is added!
1. Empty packet content in a bowl and add 600 cm3 of water (at room temperature).
Mix until water has been absorbed.
2. Place dough on previously floured surface and knead into ball shape.
3. Stretch dough into strips and cut into small cubes. If desired, these cubes could be rolled down a fork or gnocchi board.
4. Cook in salted boiling water with a little oil. Remove as soon as they surface.

Tip: Gnocchi could be frozen after being cut and shaped, just before cooking stage. Place on flat surface inside freezer. Once frozen they can be kept in a plastic bag or container. Cook in boiling water; no need to defrost.

Pizza: No fermentation is needed!
1. Empty packet content in a bowl and add 600 cm3 of water (at room temperature).
2. Knead until dough is smooth and even.
3. Make two dough balls and stretch; place dough on lightly greased pizza pan.
4. Bake at moderate temperature for 10'. Remove from oven, add topplings and finish baking.

Tip: Packet premix content recommended for two thin pizzas. If a thinner pizza crust was desired, up to three pizzas could be made. This product could be frozen after the first baking step. It could also be frozen after adding toppling and later baked in microwave oven.
